Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction and real estate development team, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, reviewing design plans, and coordinating with various departments to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing accurate cost estimates for housing, special land development, amenities, and other projects
  • Reviewing design plans and details to ensure they meet budgeting and implementation requirements
  • Coordinating with Structural Consultants to address design concerns
  • Performing site inspections to verify actual site conditions and project status updates
  • Preparing correspondence, memos, and documents related to projects
  • Monitoring project status updates and proposing action plans to keep schedules on track
  • Conducting inspections of ongoing projects at land development sites
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in construction or real estate and land development
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
