We are seeking a skilled Data Entry and Document Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry and Document Specialist, you will be responsible for performing clerical work in reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting or construction-related documents.
You will work directly with the office staff and assist with multiple and varied tasks, including keeping all office documents filed and organized.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of clerical experience as a Data Entry Specialist, basic data entry skills, and strong computer and business solutions software skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment
- Entering invoices in a timely and accurate manner daily, with proper approvals
- Processing 2 and 3-way purchase order invoices
- Acting as a primary contact between internal and external customers to resolve issues that arise
Additionally, you should possess excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, and be able to perform accurate computations and verification of data.
