Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive project delivery and business development, focusing on research, market analysis, GTM strategy, and thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze client needs using internal and external data to identify consulting opportunities.

The successful consultant will develop and pitch projects, securing new and repeat consulting engagements through a consultative sales approach. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver holistic solutions, leveraging value-added services across marketing, products, risk, and merchant solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience in financial services, preferably within a leading consulting firm.
  • A strong background in strategy, payments industry exposure, and project delivery/consulting engagements.
  • An MBA or equivalent degree, professional certifications, or a solid business background.
  • Familiarity with card issuers' P&L and the cardholder lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of evolving trends in the payments space, including fintech innovations.
