Advisory Consultant for Strategic Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Advisory Consultant to lead our clients through impactful decision-making processes. Our consultants work with a diverse global customer base across industries, applying problem-solving techniques to improve client strategy, performance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex client engagements across multiple industries and problem statements
  • Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients using data and technology solutions
  • Owning senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite to drive commercial success
  • Serve as a trusted client business advisor generating enthusiasm for our recommendations
  • Guide teams through complex problem solving to business-focused solutions
  • Motivate project delivery teams to produce superior quality deliverables
  • Own relationship with internal stakeholders to scope projects and create relevant solutions
  • Lead on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in consulting, corporate strategy, or related field
  • Experience coaching and leading teams in strategic consulting engagements
  • Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
  • Ability to identify new business development opportunities and lead proposal development
  • Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying
