About Our Expert Network

As a key member of our expert network team, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and selecting qualified experts to support client needs.
  • Conducting research and formulating sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality consultants, experts, and advisors.
  • Managing entire project scopes, including expert identification, communication, and client interaction.
  • Developing screening criteria and questions for expert selection.
  • Negotiating and settling expert consultation rates independently.
  • Arranging and facilitating expert consultations using tools such as LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Communicating and managing international, cross-office projects with Key Opinion Leaders, C-level executives, and subject matter experts.
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and success-driven individual who is comfortable in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a strong university with strong academic performance.
  • 0-6 years of experience in sales, recruiting, contact center, appointment setting, or lead generation with North American stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Effective time-management skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Confidence in representing the company to experts.
  • Experience with lead-sourcing/research techniques using LinkedIn and Boolean search strings is a plus.
