Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Associate to join our team. As a Senior Tax Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team of problem solvers who provide comprehensive tax consultancy and client accounting services.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of several clients while reporting to senior professionals
  • Develop and lead junior staff members
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
  • Contribute to the development of technical skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Promote business development activities to identify opportunities on new and existing clients

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant
  • At least 3 years experience in tax consultancy and/or client accounting services
  • Supervisory experience in tax services is an asset
  • Able to collaborate and work with a virtual team
  • Willingness to go on fieldwork, as necessary
