The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team in achieving maximum sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, including trade sales promotional programs and call frequency monitoring.
  • Identify new markets to improve product sell-outs from trade channels and support new product launches.
  • Manage a district or region with a similar sales team setup, leveraging experience in using sales applications.


Requirements:
  1. A graduate degree in Engineering, Management, or Marketing, preferably with an MBA.
  2. At least three to five years of managerial experience in marketing/brand or sales environments.
  3. A proven sales track record and ability to manage a sales team effectively.
  4. Familiarity with sales applications and a strong understanding of the market.
  5. Must be based in the National Capital Region (NCR).
