Accelerate Revenue Growth as a Strategic Sales Professional

The ideal candidate is a hybrid sales professional who can combine technical expertise in sales automation with strategic sales planning to drive revenue growth. This role requires a hunter mentality paired with strong RevOps and Sales Strategy skills, someone who can both build the machine and run it effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and optimize ideal customer profiles (ICP) and target segments.
  • Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growth.
  • Partner with leadership to design playbooks, cadences, and account-based strategies.
  • Manage and optimize platforms for lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities.
  • Integrate GTM systems across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
  • Experiment with AI-driven personalization to improve campaign conversion.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Sales Strategy, or GTM roles.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and outbound/inbound campaign execution.
  • Strong expertise with sales engagement platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM management.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and data enrichment.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable GTM strategies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Hunter mentality with experience generating pipeline from multiple sources.
