
Technical Support Professional

This role involves delivering top-notch customer support to our clients via Intercom during the night shift (11 PM to 8 AM). The successful candidate will be able to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through product features and functionalities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Intercom.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform.
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the software industry.
- Exceptional written English skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Familiarity with Intercom or similar customer support platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- A reliable personal computer and stable internet connection.
- Willingness to work the night shift (11 PM to 8 AM).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
