Job Title: Warehouse Management Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and team leadership.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all inventory items, including tracking of stock levels, receipts, and shipments.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities, including procurement, transportation, and distribution.
  • Implement quality control measures to minimize damage, excess, and missing inventory.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, warehousing, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in supervising direct and agency employees.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Amenable to be assigned in Davao City.
