Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and team leadership.

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, while also meeting customer service expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal warehouse performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns, implementing solutions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations management.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and improving warehouse efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
