Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve exceptional results, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Scheduling and Task Management: Create and manage schedules to ensure optimal productivity, monitor tasks and duties, and evaluate performance.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing health and safety protocols, conducting regular audits, and investigating incidents.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Operational Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets and Slides, with basic knowledge of warehouse automation systems.
