Senior Warehouse Specialist Job Summary

Our company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Warehouse Specialist to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing best practices, and order fulfillment processes.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the warehouse.
  • Implement measures to minimize inventory shrinkage and damage.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, with a track record of managing large-scale operations.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs compliance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
