Warehouse Operations Manager
Leading a team of professionals, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing warehouse teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and aligning with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Oversight
- Manage overall warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound operations and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure SLAs are met and develop optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and local market understanding.
- Produce regular reports and statistics: warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations or related field.
- Excellent leadership skills with strong analytical expertise to assess data and draw conclusions.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
