Location: Calumpit, Bulacan Reports to: General Manager / Operations Director Type: Full-Time Overview: Gem Konstruk Inc. is looking for a highly organized, strict, and reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, and staff performance. This leadership role requires someone who can resolve problems permanently , maintain a clean and accountable warehouse, and ensure smooth daily operations with zero excuses .

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods (WPC, SPC, PVC, decking, cladding, ceilings, etc.). Enforce high standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and safety . Implement and maintain an effective warehouse layout to optimize space and efficiency.

Inventory & Stock Control Maintain real-time, accurate inventory records . Conduct regular audits to prevent losses, damage, or missing items. Properly store and report damaged items .

Approve stock movements, returns, and backloads. Logistics & Delivery Oversight Manage all deliveries, dispatches, and returns with complete documentation and punctuality. Coordinate with drivers and helpers for efficient operations.

Maintain strict loading/unloading protocols. Staff Management & Accountability Lead and discipline the warehouse team. Set duties and schedules; monitor performance.

Enforce warehouse rules and policies. Ensure routine maintenance and waste disposal are followed. Reporting & Problem Solving Submit regular reports on inventory and operations.

Investigate and resolve issues promptly and permanently. Identify process gaps and implement preventive measures. Compliance, Cleanliness & Security Maintain warehouse security and compliance.

Ensure cleanliness and proper material handling. Report theft, tampering, or negligence. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management (construction materials a plus).

Strong leadership and discipline skills. Knowledge of inventory software and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets. Willing to work on-site and be physically present.

Based in or near Calumpit, Bulacan or willing to relocate.
