About the role

Power Mac Center, a leading provider of consumer electronics and IT solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our distribution facility in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations, supporting the company's growth and customer satisfaction objectives.What you'll be doing

Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse operations, including inventory management, space utilisation, and workflow processes

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and other relevant data

Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse

Provide regular reports and analysis to management on warehouse performance and key metrics

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices, including inventory control, space utilisation, and workflow optimization

Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and data analysis tools

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently, to achieve operational goals

Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the PhilippinesWhat we offer
