Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and enforce all safe work practices, ensuring the warehouse is compliant with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other pertinent standards/regulations
  • Monitoring, coordinating the full warehouse operation, being responsible for the warehouse operation performance (material receiving and storage, Pick & Pack and Finished Goods operation).
  • Monitoring the warehouse team to follow the Work Instructions and SOP in materials receiving, supplies of production lines, data maintenance and finishing goods shipping; executing the operation audit as agreed frequency.
  • Monitoring all transactions and keeping the system inventory data consistent with physical material.
  • Monitoring the daily cycle count, organizing the quarterly and yearly stocktaking, analyzing the discrepancy, root cause and creating action measures.
  • Managing and controlling the warehousing related cost, continuously improvement upon the warehouse layout and processes, operation efficiency.
  • Routinely reviewing and updating the SOP to meet company requirement. Participating in regular performance review process.
  • Full responsibility for QMS updates supporting other colleagues from the operation department to liaise with the customers.
  • Ensuring all data and records are kept up to date and following the GDPR guideline in a confidential and professional manner.
  • Traveling to other offices.

Qualifications

  • Mandarin speaking will be a plus
  • Candidate must possess at least a degree or equivalent related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience is required for this position in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company
  • Experience managing warehouse operations.
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment by monitoring and enforcing safety procedures
  • Familiar with logistics and warehouse management business process and information management system.
  • Strong problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
