Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Data Insights Specialist to support our investment team by converting complex data into actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover early-stage investment opportunities.
  • Track industry trends, deal activity, and portfolio performance to identify potential growth areas.
  • Support research efforts for new markets, sectors, and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and market developments.
  • Automate routine data tasks using Excel, SQL, or lightweight scripting to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with associates and partners to deliver data-driven recommendations and improve decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting.
  • Prior experience in startups or venture capital firms is strongly preferred; a demonstrated interest is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Python or R programming languages.
  • Familiarity with SQL for querying structured datasets and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
