  2. Manage and optimize Salesforce setup and configuration for both Sales and Marketing teams.">
  3. Own and manage ParcelHero's marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of all tools, with a primary focus on Hubspot.">
  4. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the capabilities of Salesforce and Hubspot in alignment with revenue goals.">
  5. Design, implement, and manage automated workflows in Hubspot and Salesforce to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.">
  6. Partner with Sales leadership to continuously refine sales journey operations and improve lead nurturing.">
  7. Analyze data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and inform both Sales and Marketing strategies.">
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and enablement initiatives.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, with proven administration, configuration, and customization experience.">
  • Strong working knowledge of Hubspot marketing automation platform, including workflows, lists, segmentation, lead scoring, email marketing tools, and reporting.">
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, with a strong understanding of both Sales and Marketing processes.">
  • Proven experience building and managing automated workflows in marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.">
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various systems.">
