Are you passionate about technology and customer support?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Crypto Support Specialist to join our team.

This role involves providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive relationships with customers, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

As a Crypto Support Specialist, you will work securely with sensitive customer information, apply customer happiness best practices, and maintain knowledge of our products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Providing training and guidance to colleagues as needed
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in cryptocurrency and related technologies
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements for success:

  • Native Chinese and English upper intermediate level
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support
  • Experience with live chats and emails
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • A reliable computer with at least 8Gb RAM and stable internet connection

Bonus skills:

  • CRM system experience
  • Salesforce or Zendesk experience
