Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic Operations Manager to lead and scale our remote operations team.

This senior leadership role requires someone with strong finance/bookkeeping skills and proven operations management experience who can build efficient systems, oversee diverse operational functions, and manage both internal teams and external consultants across areas they may not personally specialize in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage a team of 4-8 operations specialists covering business operations, accounting/HR, administrative support, sales/marketing support and business technology
  • Financial Operations: Oversee bookkeeping and accounting operations including A/R management, billing cycles, payment processing, and financial reporting
  • Strategic Operations & Systems: Design and implement scalable back-office processes that enable our professional services and sales teams to focus on client delivery and business development
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably managing remote or distributed teams
  • Strong finance and bookkeeping background with hands-on experience in financial operations and compliance
  • Experience managing HR functions including recruiting, payroll, and compliance and managing external consultants and vendors across multiple disciplines
