Key Retail Leadership Role

The Assistant Manager is a pivotal position in our retail store. This role serves as the second-in-command to the Store Leader, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding the store team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish regular attendance and adaptability to changing store needs.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the store team, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Assist Store Leader in store operations, including sales growth, customer loyalty, and staff training.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Champion customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies.
  • Supervise cash handling procedures and operate equipment safely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail leadership experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is highly valued.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
