Job Title

Lead Software Delivery Team

This role is for a highly skilled and experienced team leader to manage the development of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a distributed team of engineers
  • Organize and lead the team's processes to achieve objectives
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members
  • Identify and measure team health indicators
  • Interact with a vibrant community
  • Review code produced by other engineers
  • Attend conferences to represent company solutions
  • Mentor and grow direct reports, helping them achieve professional goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of professional experience in software delivery
  • Professional python development experience, preferably with open source track record
  • Proven understanding of machine learning space, challenges, and opportunities
  • Experience designing and implementing MLOps solutions
  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
