
Financial Strategy Leader

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Direct all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to executive team and board of directors.
The Financial Strategy Leader will play a vital role in shaping the company's financial strategy and supporting sustainable business growth.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 8-10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Purely work-from-home opportunity.

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Build relationships with potential customers and partners.
Prepare and submit detailed financial plans and forecasts.
Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Communicate financial results and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors.
Implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
Optimize financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Lead and participate in various committees, such as the audit committee.
Support the development and implementation of business continuity plans.
Assess and mitigate operational risks.

Be responsible for maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
