Job Responsibilities

Key areas of focus include:

  • Innovation
    • Identify and assess new opportunities in the crypto & investments space, focusing on blockchain-based innovations.
    • Lead ideation, development, and launch of new products to drive product excellence.
    • Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth, including exploring new business models and revenue streams.
    • Stay updated on market trends to adjust strategies and capture emerging opportunities.
  • P&L Management
    • Oversee business finances, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, analysing financial data to drive cost-effective operations.
  • Product Roadmap Leadership
    • Define the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs.
    • Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
    • Prioritise features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.
    • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support training and development initiatives.
    • Ensure open communication and strong collaboration across all organisational levels.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Educational Background
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience
    • Extensive experience in business development, product management, and P&L management, preferably in the cryptocurrency, investments or fintech industry.
  • Skillset
    • Proven track record of incubating and launching successful products.
    • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.
    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
