Job Title: Strategic Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Strategic Partner. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and key contributor to our organization's success.

The Strategic Partner will be responsible for providing executive-level support, including managing calendars, emails, and priorities. They will also assist with content research, industry listening, and drafting using a customer GPT model to support social media presence and thought leadership efforts.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:
    • Manage and optimize calendars, emails, and priorities to ensure focus on high-impact work.
    • Support social media presence and thought leadership efforts through content research and early drafting.
  • Initiatives and Leadership Projects:
    • Serve as primary liaison to board members and shareholders by coordinating meetings and preparing materials.
    • Coordinate corporate planning sessions and drive special projects as needed.
    • Act as EOS Administrator; prepare agendas, summarize decisions and action items, and communicate reminders.
  • Culture and Company Connection:
    • Plan and execute major company events, including annual kickoff, mid-year town hall, and quarterly state of the company.
    • Execute client appreciation initiatives that digitally deliver learning and connection.

  • Strong working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and ability to facilitate leadership meetings.

  • Able to juggle priorities and keep projects on track without dropping details.
