Lead Content Strategist for Diversified Entrepreneur

We seek a seasoned content strategist to collaborate with a forward-thinking entrepreneur who operates at the intersection of property, finance, events, and emerging sectors like AI and travel tech.


Your role will be to craft compelling thought leadership content that resonates with the founder's voice, values, and brand positioning. You'll produce a variety of short- and long-form content designed to elevate their personal influence, strengthen the visibility of their ventures, and communicate their unique perspective across industries.



Key Responsibilities
  • Write engaging LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and executive insights
  • Collaborate with the founder and their team to source ideas via briefings, voice notes, or recorded conversations
  • Develop content across multiple verticals: property, finance, entrepreneurship, creative media, and tech
  • Maintain a consistent tone that is confident, clear, inspiring, and thought-provoking
  • Monitor trending topics and recommend timely content angles aligned with the founder's mission


Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience in ghostwriting or executive thought leadership content
  • A strong storytelling ability with an editorial mindset and a keen understanding of business strategy
  • The capacity to adapt tones across industries while maintaining messaging consistency with the founder's personal brand
  • Proficiency in writing for LinkedIn and other digital-first platforms
  • Experience with AI writing and research tools to enhance productivity and quality
  • Proactivity, collaboration, and deadline-driven work ethic
  • Interest in at least two of the following areas: property, business growth, events/media, AI, finance, or startups


Bonus points if you have experience writing for founders, investors, or public figures, understand the Australian market or startup ecosystem, or can produce light research to enrich your content.
