Key Responsibilities
  • Master calendars to maximize efficiency, managing complex schedules, meetings, and travel.
  • Orient yourself as a gatekeeper and first responder to prioritize key messages and manage communications.
  • Lead special projects from start to finish with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Serve as a professional, confidential liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: More than 6 months in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
  • Communication: Clear, confident, and discreet written and verbal communication.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rapid change.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and a rapid learning curve.
  • Availability: Full-time (40 hrs/week) during U.S. business hours.
