We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruitment specialist to support our company in identifying and attracting top talent. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and candidate engagement to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in our applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present candidate summaries to clients and hiring managers with clear recommendations.
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with QA and Operations teams.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles and future project needs.
