About the Role

As a Design Desk Engineer (DDE), you will be responsible for designing tailored IT project proposals that meet client needs and align with MSP best practices. You will source hardware, software, and services with a focus on cost-effectiveness and profitability.

  • Using tools like QuoteWerks and internal documentation systems to build solid solution designs
  • Participating in internal and client-facing meetings to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Monitoring project KPIs, helping refine operational standards, and continually sharpening your technical skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or technical training with relevant certifications
  • Proven experience in an MSP or IT services environment
  • Skilled in structured project planning and ticket lifecycle management
  • Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Technically curious, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
