This is an exciting opportunity to support the Global SuccessFactors system within a shared service environment.

The role involves working with 2-3 other team members in the TalentCentral Help Desk, providing customer service timely and accurately with quality standards following defined and documented process.

Key responsibilities include running and producing various reports, including ad hoc reports for COE and HR Regional Operations. The successful candidate will be organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, with strong technical and analytic skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, capable of managing time efficiently and productively, with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will collaborate with SME/COE to resolve complex queries and requests, utilizing a knowledgebase tool to keep and maintain updated desktop procedures and scripts.
