Job Title: Learning Experience Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced learning experience specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

As a specialist in this field, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise will enable us to enhance the performance and productivity of our staff, driving business success and growth.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and interactive training experiences that cater to diverse learning styles. You will develop and deliver training materials, facilitate workshops and webinars, and evaluate participant progress and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with business objectives
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other training events
  • Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a trainer or learning experience specialist
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strategic problem-solving and process improvement skills
