Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans to boost new customer demand and business growth in assigned regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product – to execute GTM business plans, including lead generation, marketing, sales plays, and sales enablement, ensuring quarterly and yearly sales goals are met.
- Conduct thorough market research, analyzing industry trends, competitive intelligence, and product news to identify emerging markets and customer needs.
- Prioritize understanding customer segments, providing valuable insights to inform Product team decisions and enhance product capabilities.
- Design and implement reseller recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and sales programs to drive additional revenue through channel partnerships.
- Lead and direct partners, creating and maintaining effective Channel programs aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day sales execution, ensuring alignment with marketing requirements.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers, building credibility and trust.
- Develop and manage sales plans, including forecasting, monitoring sales efforts, and taking corrective actions to support overall business strategy.
- 5-10 years of experience selling software or technology to corporate executives.
- Commercial awareness of mobile, digital products, and Cloud SaaS.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A hybrid work setup with provided work tools.
- Successful completion of background checks and valid NBI clearance required.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $80,000 and $120,000 annually, based on location and experience.
