Job Title:

Cruise Consultant, Inbound Sales

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity to serve as the first point of contact for guests calling into our contact center.

You will handle inbound calls to sell and service luxury cruises and related products to consumers, from initial contact through the guest sailing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell luxury cruises and related products using inbound consumer contacts.
  • Assess guest needs, identify suitable products, provide sales recommendations on all sales calls, and accurately create reservations.
  • Service existing reservations according to guest requests and business rules.
  • Meet assigned targets.
  • Manage a high-volume workload, meet goals, and optimize the selling process.
  • Communicate effectively with decision makers at all levels internally and externally.
