Inbound Sales Agent for Events

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Inbound Sales Agent for Events. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound event sales inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding event services.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to prospective customers.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless event booking processes.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall campaign goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive, results-driven attitude.
Work Environment:

We offer a flexible work-from-home arrangement with a stable internet connection and a backup internet connection. You will also have the option to report on-site if unable to work from home.
