Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Booking Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for working with clients to select the best staff for various assignments and events.

Responsibilities
  • Selecting and assigning promotional staff for various events and assignments nationwide.
  • Recruiting, enrolling, and training promotional staff over the phone and via email.
  • Booking and managing the assigned promotional staff for each assignment.
  • Evaluating and recording the performance of promotional staff after each assignment.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and talent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing ideal.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or equivalent Google software.
  • Able to effectively communicate over the phone and via email.
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated.
  • Available to work standard office hours and follow up outside of office hours as needed.
