
Global Sales Development Manager

We're seeking a talented and ambitious sales professional to join our team as an Account/Sales Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing our global network of recruitment partners, driving student enrollment targets, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Description:This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong understanding of the education industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agencies across the globe
- SOURCE and sign new agents in strategic international markets
- Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications and increase conversion rates
- Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships with existing and potential partners
- Monitor agency performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize conversion rates using data-informed decision making
- Track activities, leads, and commissions using CRM tools
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Provide occasional student counseling when required
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a bachelor's degree in any field and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment. You should also be familiar with CRM tools, particularly Zoho, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. English fluency is a must.
