Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or HORECA sales.

· Strong understanding of the foodservice or hospitality industry.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and under pressure.

· Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office.

· Presentable and professional appearance

· Valid driver's license

· Certificate or Diploma qualification required

Preferred Qualifications:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.

· Fluency in English and local language.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop new business opportunities within the HORECA channel.

· Maintain and grow sales with existing clients.

· Identify client needs and offer tailored product solutions.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.

· Demonstrate basic negotiation skills in contract discussions and deal closure

· Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

· Ensure timely deliveries and resolve customer complaints effectively.

· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Attend industry trade shows, tastings, or events as needed.
