We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth
- Maintain regular communication with clients and prospects
- Prepare and send proposals to potential clients
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in lead generation
- B2B experience
- CRM experience: Hubspot and Monday.com
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Construction industry experience
- AU client experience
