Job Title

A talented and ambitious Business Development Specialist is sought after to spearhead our sales growth by generating new business leads through outbound prospecting efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Identification & Research: Identify high-value prospects within target industries and personas that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Personalized Outreach Execution: Craft and send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages based on prospect research and strategic campaign guidance.
  • Qualification & Conversion: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges and determine if our solutions are a potential fit.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Secure introductory meetings between qualified prospects and our account executives/sales team.
  • Activity Tracking & Reporting: Log all outreach activities and lead information in our CRM system for future reference.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales role.
  • Key Skills:
    • Proven ability to generate leads and schedule meetings through outbound prospecting.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong research skills to effectively personalize outreach.
    • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
