Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Insights Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in data visualization using Power BI.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining complex reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Evaluating and interpreting large data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Working closely with various teams to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights
Key qualifications for this role include:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role or in a BPO environment
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language
- Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong analytical mindset with a creative approach to tasks.
