We are looking for empathetic, detail-oriented Intake Specialists to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and verifying essential case information, assessing client needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Your communication skills and ability to maintain accurate records will be key to supporting our legal operations and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct initial client interviews via phone, email, or in person.


• Gather and verify personal, legal, or case-related information.


• Accurately input data into internal systems and maintain updated records.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and service delivery.


• Clearly explain services, processes, and next steps to clients.


• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.


• Identify urgent matters and escalate them appropriately.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support within a law firm (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
