Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound client inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Gain a deep understanding of client concerns through shadowing and training.
- Develop proficiency in handling various client inquiries independently.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to clients, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure clear communication.
- Seek clarification and ask questions to ensure responses meet client expectations.
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and proactive communication.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.
- Strong phone communication skills, capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients.
- Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Team player who asks questions for clarity.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
