Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound client inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client concerns through shadowing and training.
  • Develop proficiency in handling various client inquiries independently.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to clients, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure clear communication.
  • Seek clarification and ask questions to ensure responses meet client expectations.
  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and proactive communication.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.
  • Strong phone communication skills, capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients.
  • Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • Team player who asks questions for clarity.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
