Job Role:
Support SpecialistAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions via phone, email, and online channels to resolve inquiries and provide solutions.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site training events and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and other tools.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and client documentation as required.
- Schedule meetings, organize materials, and follow up on client needs to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and basic financial record-keeping to maintain transparency and accuracy.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems to efficiently perform job duties.
- Ability to work professionally and friendly in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
