  2. Exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
  3. Utilize CRM to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.
  4. Able to manage and develop a high-performance sales team.

Required skills and qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
  3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  7. Knowledge in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
