The Role:

We're seeking a T2 Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team. You'll be the front line of support for passengers, ensuring every ride is smooth and stress-free.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle 80–100+ inbound/outbound calls daily for bookings, updates, and confirmations.
  • Use iCabbi to enter, verify, and update trip details.
  • Manage delay calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Stay connected with your team through Slack.
  • Support teammates by assisting with pending bookings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service, BPO, or dispatch systems (iCabbi or similar preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume calls.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, especially in graveyard shifts.
