We are seeking a Sales and Business Development professional to join our team in a dynamic role as an Account Manager. This position requires a strong passion for building lasting relationships, driving customer success, and creating meaningful partnerships.

The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. They will oversee client accounts, manage day-to-day communications, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling to proactively pursue new prospects and grow the customer base
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals by servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, upselling, and establishing new accounts
  • Analyze sales data to focus efforts on high-potential opportunities
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts and prospects using company software, and produce regular reports
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making recommendations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with support departments (warehouse, customer service, and accounting)
  • Coordinating sales training with vendors and customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, and customer service
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with decision-makers
  • Proven track record of cold calling to acquire new business
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to create long-term relationships with clients
  • Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with excellent time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
