Job Title: Business Development Representative

A results-driven Business Development Representative is sought to make outbound calls, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Responsibilities include making outbound calls to introduce and promote products/services, generating leads, qualifying leads by assessing client needs and potential, scheduling appointments for follow-up on qualified leads, maintaining a CRM system with accurate lead information, following a prepared script for consistent information delivery, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call targets, handling objections and rejection professionally, and providing feedback to improve call scripts and strategies.

  • Proven experience in sales or similar roles
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Organizational and time management skills
