Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

This is a remote job opportunity that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work independently to resolve customer concerns and provide timely support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

You should be able to work on a graveyard shift and be available to start immediately. If you have excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills, solid organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Proactive & confident with keen attention to details.
