Job Overview

This is a customer-facing role that involves providing top-tier service to new members from day one. You will be the friendly face that guides them through a smooth and stress-free onboarding process, ensuring they are hooked up with excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone
  • Assist with product features, queries, and sales information
  • Offer support for renewals, refunds, and objections to retain customers
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department when needed
  • Deliver clear product and service information to customers
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of sales or 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer functions
  • Understanding of operating systems, browsers, and technical issues
  • Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to client tools and internal systems
  • Familiarity with end-user services on the phone system
